Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Therapy is a collaborative and intentional process. I offer a thoughtful, personalized experience for individuals across life stages and diverse lived experiences.

Perinatal Mental Health

Becoming a parent changes everything — your body, your relationships, your sense of self. For many people, this season of life brings more than joy. It can also bring anxiety, grief, exhaustion, and questions you didn't know you'd be asking about who you are and what you need.

I specialize in supporting individuals and families through the full perinatal period — from pregnancy through the early years of parenthood, including:

Prenatal anxiety and depression — because pregnancy is not always the peaceful, joyful experience we're told to expect

Postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, and rage — all valid, all treatable, and none of them a reflection of your worth as a parent

Birth trauma — when your birth experience was frightening, overwhelming, or not what you hoped for

Pregnancy and infant loss — grief that deserves real, dedicated support

The identity shift of new parenthood — adjusting to who you are becoming, not just the role you've stepped into

Relationship and family changes — navigating partnership, co-parenting, and family dynamics in a new chapter

I am currently pursuing the Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International — a nationally recognized credential for clinicians specializing in reproductive and perinatal mental health. This ongoing training reflects my deep commitment to providing informed, specialized care during one of life's most significant transitions.

Immigration Evaluations

Navigating the immigration system is one of the most stressful experiences a person can face. Whether you're seeking asylum, applying for a visa, or fighting to stay close to the people you love, a psychological evaluation can be a critical part of your case — and having the right support makes all the difference.

I provide thorough, professionally written evaluations that give your attorney the documentation they need, while treating you with the dignity and care you deserve every step of the way.

What to Expect

  • A safe, confidential space — Your evaluation is conducted in a warm, judgment-free environment. You are welcome to share your story at your own pace.

  • Bilingual services — Sessions are available in English and Spanish, so you can express yourself fully in the language you're most comfortable with.

  • Thorough, attorney-ready documentation — You'll receive a detailed written report that meets legal standards and clearly communicates your psychological experience to immigration courts and USCIS.

  • Evaluations for a range of immigration needs, including:

    • Asylum claims (documenting trauma, persecution, and psychological impact)

    • VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) petitions

    • U-Visa and T-Visa applications

    • Extreme hardship evaluations (for cancellation of removal or waiver applications)

  • Collaboration with your legal team — I work closely with your immigration attorney to make sure the evaluation supports your specific case needs.

  • Timely turnaround — I understand that immigration cases often have deadlines. I'll work with you and your attorney to meet them.

Compassionate psychological evaluations to support your immigration journey — provided by a bilingual, culturally informed therapist who understands what's at stake.
